My nieces (8 & 10 years old) and nephews (3 & 5 years old) all LOVED this story. Maddison who is 10 said "It makes me think and my imagination is buzzing with ideas". Layla who is 8 said "It makes me feel like I want to write stories". After reading this book all the children wanted to dress up and bring the story to life, we all became a character in the book and it led to hours of fun. Even for the big kids (Auntie)

 A book I like to pick up & reread certain chapters. Highly recommend for yourself or as a gift.

Spiritual Me is written as if I am having a conversation with a wise and caring friend. I found myself nodding along in agreement to most of the pages in the book. I personally found the suggestions and gentle nudges were great reminders of the direction I need to take in life to look after me and balance my busyness with my calm. It’s one of those books that I carry around with me everywhere and pick up to read at random moments throughout the day. It’s an easy read and you can jump to any page in the book, which is great for someone like me who doesn’t like rules and structure. Each of the tips and tools are really practical and don’t require spending loads of money. Being kind to you and to others shouldn’t cost a thing and this book proves that.

‘Spiritual Me’ is an incredibly insightful spiritual guide by Jo. I am incorporating the tools she has provided into my everyday life and love my new ‘Spiritual Me Intention Jar’ (page 55). I find I refer back often to relevant sections that are topical to me at the time. I love how it’s easy to read and understand and I have given a copy to my sister (which she loves) and also recommended to friends.
